The company is engaged in providing solutions for industrial waste management highly conscious of its social responsibility to help create a sustainable world. It was incorporated in 1982 and has its registered office in Amorebieta-etxano, Spain. It is an international company specializing in the management of industrial waste. It manages more than 2.2 Mt of waste and the production of new materials through recycling 1.2Mt, avoiding the emission of more than 0.7 Mt of CO 2 per year. The company focuses on industrial waste recycling in three areas: steel waste recycling, aluminum waste recycling, and industrial waste management. It is an environmental services subsidiary of Abengoa. It also has a corporate area that provides support and information to the rest of the organization in the areas of Legal, Financial Consolidation, Audit, Human Resources, Sustainability Management and Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility, to facilitate a management philosophy common.
